Trip to former Czechoslovakia

I had a fantastic trip to Bratislava and Prague last week - plus some gorgeous countryside in between them on the way. The amount of architecture and design was mindbending - such an inspiring environment - and I really enjoyed both the Czech and Slovak national museums and the Kafka museum. I visited the Kupka at the Museum Kampa collection too - very thought-provoking. My favourite quote of his: ‘curves are for vision an allusion for a sequence, the eye follows them like moving snakes, they are an expression of the variability of time’.
